This blog exists to follow the progress of Zak Woods’ fight against Hodgin’s Lymphoma (Hodgkin’s Disease). Zak was diagnosed with Hodgkin’s Lymphoma on July 29th, 2009. Take a look at the posts here to follow what has happened to date, and continue to check back for updates regularly.

Just wanted you all to know that we are praying for you! If there is anything at all we can do, call me! Zak, you are a fighter, are in good hands, and have a lot of people praying for you. Please know that you are all loved! Good luck today!
Zak- You and your family are in our family’s thoughts and prayers. John and the rest of your friends are always thinking of you and asking about you. They will be there for you throughout this ordeal. Rely on them for strength. God Bless!

Zak, I just heard about your fight with cancer. I am behind you buddy! I know it must be a tough battle for you. BUT if there is one thing I know about you, it is that you are a fighter and you’ll never give up! You’ve always been a feisty one, and I mean that in an awesome way. You’ve got a great support system. I want you and your family to know I am here to lean on. Just send the word and I’ll be there! You have a special place in my heart and mind. Now focus on getting better because I want to be at that first ball game when you’re better! Love ya kiddo!
